Precision Slits To Exacting Standards :
The Processing facilities incorporate a slitting line, a rotary shear line & cut to length line.  Enough space to store minimum 3000 Mt. of Steel, E.O.T. cranes can handle up to 15 Mt.  In house set up for weighment of finished goods. 

Slitting Line :
Slitting Line can process coils with a maximum width of 1250mm and with a range of thickness 0.18mm-2mm.  We offer and ensure burr free cutting, with camber within international tolerance limits.  Tolerance in slit size will be close to + 0.05.
Minimum Slit Size : 18mm.
Maximum Slit Size : 1200mm.
I.D. of finished Slit : 405mm - 457mm-508mm.
Packing of individual slit with protective wrappings.  Wooden pallets being provided wherever required.

Cut To Length Line :
The Cut To Length line has a capacity to cut up to 4mm thick sheets and is having a flattener which can produce a table top product.  We cut stainless steel, cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, colour coated steel and aluminium.  We maintain best diagonal and length tolerances with zero surface defects.

Rotary Flying Shear :
This line which is D.C. driven cut coils with thickness range 0.15mm to 0.4mm and maximum width 990mm, Accuracy on length offered is + 0.5mm.

Diagonal Variation - 0 - 0.5mm
Minimum Cut Length - 480mm
Maximum Cut Length - 1175mm
The leveller is capable of producing a totally flat product.
